Black Group Sunday club run

With the forecast of showers and breezy conditions Wye was the cafe of choice. Making use of some back wind it was out towards Arrowhead, Hamstreet and then rollers before turning off for a climb up to Aldington. Before long we were on the fast road to Wye where Dave took responsibility for the lead out for Steve to take the Wye sign. An excellent breakfast then very dark skies greeted us for our return when the promised rain finally materialised. Back towards Westwell, Potters Corner and through the lanes to Shadoxhurst and back to Appledore. A good ride though tough in the wind and rain. Here’s hoping we see some sun in May.
